PRODUCTION : 
Meat is «coarse» minced, respecting its structure whenever possible. Using this technique the beefburger remains light and airy during cooking, keeping its shape and flavour.

PACKAGING :

Packet of 4X100g

To preserve organoleptic quality, the product is vacuum packed in lots of 2 in a tray with an easily perforatable foil lid, and then frozen. This packaging guarantees optimal conservation and protection in your freezer, even without the cardboard box.

INSTRUCTION :
From frozen:
Cook in a hot pan or directly on a very hot, lightly oiled griddle. Sear the Beefburger on each side for 1 minute. Then cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Regularly turn over, using a spatula to avoid breaking.
